Responsibility for content
We prepare and maintain this website with care. However, we do not warrant that general information is complete, accurate and up to date at all times. Contractually agreed services are governed by the relevant quotation, order confirmation or individual agreement. Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected.
External links
The operators of external websites are responsible for their content. We select links carefully but have no control over subsequent changes to external content.

Privacy & Cookies
1. Data controller
The controller for the processing described here is VON FLÜE DIGITAL SOLUTIONS, Christian von Flüe, Sinserstrasse 65, 6330 Cham, Switzerland. Contact us on 076 472 27 68 or at info@vonfluee-digital.ch.
2. Purposes of processing
We process personal data as necessary to communicate with prospective and existing clients, handle enquiries, prepare and deliver projects, provide support, issue invoices, administer our business, operate the website securely and meet legal obligations. This includes contact details and the project, contract and billing information you provide.
3. Visiting the website
The website supplies its text, images and interactive functions from its own website resources. It does not load external fonts, embedded maps, external video players or social plugins. Following an external link takes you away from this website; the relevant operator is responsible for processing on that website.
Google Maps and WhatsApp are provided as external links. These services are opened only when you choose the relevant link; no map, chat widget or WhatsApp SDK is loaded on this website.
4. Contact by phone or email
When you contact us, we use the information you provide to handle your enquiry and related business communication. Please share only information relevant to your enquiry.
5. Contact and project forms
When online submission is enabled, details entered in the contact or project form are transmitted to our server-side form system and emailed to VON FLÜE DIGITAL SOLUTIONS to handle your enquiry. If submission has not yet been configured or fails, the form says so and does not confirm successful delivery. The contact form covers your name, email address and message. The project enquiry also covers your business, project, requirements, existing systems, budget, priority, timeframe and preferred next step, with optional fields for your phone number, website address and preferred date. The form backend does not retain a database copy of the enquiry or send details to analytics services. Email is sent through Hostpoint and received in Hostpoint Cloud Office; SMTP2GO and Cloudflare Email Routing are not used for this. Please provide only information relevant to your enquiry.
6. Digital advisor
The digital advisor processes entries and selections locally in your browser using predefined rules and offers. It does not transmit entries to an external AI service. Selected offers can be carried over to the project enquiry through local website navigation.
7. Cookies and tracking
This website currently uses no analytics or marketing tracking services. Its functions do not set cookies or use localStorage or sessionStorage to retain your entries. The digital advisor does not require access to an external AI service.
8. Recipients
Messages addressed to us are handled by Christian von Flüe for the purposes described above. Hostpoint provides the mail infrastructure for form submission and receipt. Project information is shared with other participants within the agreed assignment or where required by law. The digital advisor does not send its entries to an external AI service.
9. Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for its purpose or required by statutory retention obligations. Project, contract, invoice and business records are retained in accordance with the applicable requirements.
10. Data security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse, unauthorised access and unlawful processing. Complete protection against every risk cannot be guaranteed.
11. Your rights
Subject to the applicable legal requirements, you may request access to your personal data, its correction or deletion and, where applicable, a copy or transfer of your data. You may object to certain processing activities. Please send requests to the contact address above. Statutory retention obligations and other legal restrictions remain applicable.
12. Changes
We update this privacy notice when the website, services used or processing activities change.

Terms & Conditions
1. Scope
These terms apply to services provided by VON FLÜE DIGITAL SOLUTIONS, owned by Christian von Flüe, where incorporated into the relevant contract and unless otherwise agreed in writing. Individual quotations and agreements take precedence. Services include web design, web and software development, apps and PWAs, AI and automation, SEO and GEO, local SEO and Google Business, structured data, technical support, consulting, digital products, and hosting and domain support.
2. Offers and contract formation
Contacting us or submitting a non-binding project enquiry does not itself create a contract. A contract is formed by accepting a quotation, a written order confirmation or another clear agreement between both parties.
3. Scope of services
The agreed quotation, service description, order confirmation and individual agreements determine the scope. Additional requests are discussed before implementation and may be quoted separately or charged on an agreed time basis.
4. Client cooperation
Clients provide the necessary text, images, access credentials, approvals, technical information and contacts in good time. They confirm that they hold the necessary rights to supplied materials. Missing or delayed cooperation may require a reasonable adjustment to the schedule.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are agreed in CHF. The quotation, order or order confirmation governs the price. VAT legally due is shown accordingly. Payment deadlines are set out in the quotation, order confirmation or invoice. Third-party fees, licences, domains, hosting, app store charges and external services are included only where expressly agreed.
6. Schedule and project delivery
Dates and milestones are agreed together. Delayed cooperation, subsequent changes, third-party delays or exceptional technical circumstances may require a reasonable adjustment. We communicate foreseeable effects and agree how to proceed. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
7. Acceptance and defects
Clients should inspect delivered work within a reasonable period and report identifiable defects. We remedy defects within the agreed scope within a reasonable time. This obligation does not cover problems caused exclusively by subsequent client or third-party changes, external updates or misconfiguration outside our assignment for which we are not responsible. Statutory rights relating to defects remain reserved.
8. Usage rights and intellectual property
After full payment, clients receive the usage rights agreed for the work created specifically for them. Usage and source-code rights are agreed transparently before the project starts. Rights in our pre-existing tools, reusable components, methods and know-how remain with VON FLÜE DIGITAL SOLUTIONS unless otherwise agreed. Frameworks, libraries, open-source and other third-party components remain subject to their respective owners' rights and licence terms.
9. Client data and content
Clients are responsible for the lawfulness of the text, images, brands, data and other content they supply. This includes the required usage rights and lawful disclosure of personal data.
10. Third parties, hosting and platforms
Where a project includes external providers' services, their terms and licences also apply. This may concern hosting, domain registrars, Google, Apple or Microsoft platforms, cloud providers, app stores, plugins and APIs. We cannot guarantee the continued availability or unchanged functionality of external systems. Our own contractual obligations remain in place.
11. SEO, GEO and Google Business
Technical and content optimisation is delivered within the agreed scope. We do not guarantee particular rankings, visitor numbers, leads, revenue, rich results, search positions or mentions by AI systems.
12. AI-assisted services
The results of AI-assisted functions may vary for technical reasons. The agreed scope determines which checks, automations and approval steps we provide.
13. Confidentiality
Both parties keep non-public business and technical information confidential and use it only to fulfil the assignment. Legally required disclosures remain permitted.
14. Data protection
We process personal data in accordance with our privacy notice and the agreed services. Where we process personal data on a client's behalf, the necessary instructions and data-processing agreements are established separately.
15. Termination and project cancellation
If a project ends early, work already performed and binding, project-related third-party or procurement costs are settled in accordance with the agreement and applicable law. Advance payments that are not owed are refunded. Individual arrangements take precedence; mandatory statutory termination and withdrawal rights remain unaffected.
16. Subscriptions and ongoing services
No agency subscription arises automatically. Recurring contracts, hosting, maintenance, support and other ongoing services require an express separate agreement. That agreement sets out their scope, duration, fees and termination arrangements.
17. Digital products
Buyers of digitally supplied guides, templates and similar products receive a personal licence within the agreed scope. Resale or public sharing requires consent unless permitted by law. Individual licence terms take precedence.
18. Liability
We are liable under the applicable statutory provisions. To the extent permitted by law, liability is excluded for indirect or consequential loss or outages caused exclusively by external systems or third parties for which we are not responsible. Liability for intent or gross negligence and any other mandatory statutory liability remain unrestricted.
19. References
We publish client projects, names, logos or screenshots as references only with the client's consent.
20. Changes to these terms
New versions apply to future contracts into which they are incorporated. Existing assignments remain governed by the version incorporated when the contract was concluded, unless the parties agree otherwise.
21. Applicable law and jurisdiction
Swiss law applies. To the extent permitted by law, jurisdiction lies at the business seat of VON FLÜE DIGITAL SOLUTIONS in Cham. Mandatory statutory protections and jurisdictions, particularly for consumers, remain reserved.
